The Vibratory Sieve Shaker SS2000 is designed for bulk sieving of solid particles or powder samples. Its electromagnetic drive system ensures quick, precise, and consistent results. It can conduct both dry and wet sieving on samples, with most parameters being digitally preset. It requires no maintenance and operates quietly.

The Vibratory Sieve Shaker SS2000 is suitable for sieving both inorganic and organic compounds, such as sand, rocks, clay, granite, feldspar, coal, soil, grains, seeds, and various solid particles.

Working Principle

The Vibratory Sieve Shaker SS2000 model utilizes an electromagnetic drive system, creating a distinctive three-dimensional motion that evenly disperses samples across the entire sieve. Intermittent vibration enhances the sieving process and ensures that sieve openings remain unobstructed.

- Suitable for both dry and wet sieving.
- Low noise and requires no maintenance.
- Option to choose intermittent mode.
- Employs unique 3D motion sieving for high accuracy.
- Ensures reliable, repeatable, and efficient sieving results.
- Equipped with a 5-inch LED touch screen for intelligent control and easy operation.
- Allows for digital settings, with all sieving parameters being preset for simple operation.
- Can be connected to a computer and controlled through screening software for data processing, analysis, and screening evaluation.
