Automotive Shredder Residue (ASR) Pre-Sorting Line

The front-end line for raw, damp ASR. A trommel and flip-flow screen size the feed, a vertical air separator removes foam, film, and dust, and magnets plus an eddy current separator pull out ferrous and non-ferrous metal. It runs online with the shredder or as a standalone batch line, from about 1 t/h up to 20+ t/h.

Shredder Residue Metal Recovery Line

A metal-focused line that upgrades pre-sorted tailings into high-purity concentrates. Induction, X-ray transmission (XRT), LIBS, and AI optical sorters recover stainless steel, copper wire, and alloy-graded aluminum that eddy current separation alone misses. Typical capacity runs from 4 t/h to 20+ t/h, with sensor stages added or removed to suit your product mix.

ASR Plastics Washing & Recycling Line

A wet line for the plastic fraction of shredder residue. It removes remaining metal first, then uses freshwater and brine sink-float tanks, a high-speed friction washer, and centrifugal drying to produce clean flake at about 2% moisture. Capacity ranges from 500 kg/h to 3,000+ kg/h.

How to Choose the Right ASR Recycling Line

For raw, wet fluff straight off the shredder: start with the pre-sorting line, which screens, de-dusts, and removes the bulk of the metal.
For tailings that already passed primary sorting: choose the metal recovery line to capture fine metal and sell into higher grades.
For alloy-specific aluminum or stainless output: specify the metal recovery line with LIBS and XRT sorters.
For a plastic fraction you want to sell or reuse: add the plastics washing line to turn dirty polymer into clean flake.
