Export Control
Torontech is committed to conducting business in a lawful and responsible manner in accordance with all applicable export control and sanctions regulations. As a company headquartered in Canada and the United States, with international operations, we comply fully with the export control laws and regulations of the United States, Canada, the European Union, the GCC region, and all other applicable jurisdictions.
Torontech North America and its global affiliates will not sell products, software, or provide technical assistance where it is known or suspected that such goods or services may be used for purposes prohibited under applicable export control laws. This includes, but is not limited to, the development, production, handling, or use of chemical, biological, or nuclear weapons, missiles capable of delivering such weapons, or any support of terrorist activities or other weapons of mass destruction (WMD) end-use.
Furthermore, Torontech does not conduct business—directly or indirectly—with individuals, entities, or countries subject to comprehensive economic sanctions or embargoes imposed by the governments of Canada, the United States, the European Union, or the United Nations, including but not limited to countries such as Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, and Russia (where applicable under sanctions regimes).
You (the “Customer”) acknowledge and agree that any sale, export, re-export, transfer, or use of Torontech goods, technology, or services is subject to all applicable export control regulations. As a condition of sale, you agree not to re-sell, re-export, divert, or otherwise transfer any products or technologies purchased from Torontech in violation of applicable export laws or for any prohibited end-use.
This agreement is contingent upon the recipient’s compliance with all applicable export control laws and the issuance of any required export licenses.
By placing an order or entering into a contract with Torontech, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these export control restrictions.
