Medical Waste Autoclave with Shredder (ToronMW™ AS)
A single sealed vessel that shreds and sterilizes in one automated cycle. Waste enters the upper chamber, passes through a twin-shaft shredder, and drops into the lower chamber for steam treatment at 134°C to 138°C. Shredding opens every surface to steam and renders clinical items unrecognizable. Seven models cover 100 L through 2,500 L per cycle at 60 to 80 percent volume reduction.
High-Vacuum Medical Waste Autoclave (ToronMW™ A)
A horizontal, bin-loaded autoclave built for plant-scale batch throughput. A deep pre-vacuum reaches -0.9 bar in five minutes, clearing trapped air so steam penetrates bagged waste to the load core. Bins load and unload automatically, and a deodorization tower treats all exhaust so no process steam vents to the yard. Five configurations cover 800 L through 9,600 L per cycle at 1,400 kg per hour.
