Transfer Stretcher - ToronCare™ 1110
Infection control drives the ToronCare™ 1110's innovative three-component design. Cart A remains within sterile operating environments while Cart B operates in non-sterile zones, with bed board component C transferring patients between units along a guided orbit system. This manual connecting transfer stretcher eliminates direct patient handling, significantly reducing cross-contamination risks during pre-operative, surgical, and recovery transitions. The connected configuration spans 3880 x 840 mm, with height synchronization from 680-930 mm ensuring seamless alignment between carts.
The orbital transfer mechanism allows bed board C (1905 x 610 mm) to glide smoothly between carts once height alignment is achieved. Back-rest articulates to 60° for patient positioning during extended staging periods. Drop-down protective railings constructed from blow-molded polypropylene provide lateral access while maintaining patient security throughout the transfer sequence. Total system weight of 139 kg reflects robust engineering designed for high-frequency utilization in trauma centers and intensive care units.
Clinical and diagnostic departments benefit from this transfer stretcher's ability to maintain sterile barriers while optimizing workflow efficiency. Standard mattress and I.V. pole included. The ToronCare™ 1110 addresses critical infection prevention protocols in specialized care facilities requiring rigorous contamination control measures.
- Operating Rooms – Enables smooth and sterile patient transfer between pre-operative, surgical, and recovery areas.
- Infection Control – Reduces cross-infection risks by allowing transfer without moving the patient manually.
- Emergency and Trauma Care – Provides fast, safe, and stable transfer during critical situations.
- Hospital Wards and ICUs – Facilitates efficient patient movement while ensuring safety with protective side rails.
- Clinical and Diagnostic Departments – Assists in moving patients between examination, imaging, and treatment rooms.
- Long-Term and Specialized Care – Offers a reliable solution for patient handling in facilities requiring frequent transfers.
- Manual connecting Transfer Stretcher, can be used to defend cross-infection.
- Cart A is inside the operation room while Cart B is outside the operating room, both carts are connected by adjusting them to the same height and then pushing Cart B to Cart A, following the orbit part C which can be pushed from one cart to another and vice versa.
- Drop-down protective railing, PP bed produced by blowing molding.
