Hammer Mill CB1000

Parent Product
  • Feed size       :<5 mm
  • Final fineness: 0.2mm
  • Speed            : 10000rpm

The Hammer Mill CB1000 processes samples through impact, making it suitable for the preparation of brittle and moderately hard samples. It can efficiently handle large batches of both coarse and fine grinding, and it is commonly used in power plants and sample preparation laboratories for accurate coal quality analysis. It is known for its ease of use, efficiency, and the minimal residual material left in the mill chamber.

Coal, coke, soil, glass, minerals, refractory clay, oxide, porcelain, granite etc.

- Effective size reduction, even for heterogeneous mixtures.
- Adjustable speed ranging from 500 to 3000 rpm, with continuous adjustment.
- Final fineness depends on the bottom sieve.
- Suitable for temperature-sensitive samples due to quick and low-heat milling.
- Offers a wide range of collection systems to meet various requirements.
- Equipped with a large touchscreen panel for user-friendly interface and speed adjustment.
- Simple and safe operation of the CM series.
- An electric safety switch prevents the device from starting when the door is open.
- Easy removal and re-installation of the rotating knife, bottom sieve, and hopper for convenient cleaning of the grinding chamber.

Working Principle

Samples are introduced into the center of the mill chamber via a patented feeding hopper. Inside, they encounter a high-speed, high-frequency rotor that applies impact forces to reduce particle size. When the particle size becomes smaller than the diameter of the sieve, it drops into a collection pan. The rotor also draws in a substantial amount of air through a feeding tunnel, helping to expel the reduced particles from the mill chamber.
