Plastic Film and Bag Recycling Squeezer TT-ASD
The new Plastic Film and Bag Recycling Squeezer TT-ASD is particularly well-suited for dewatering and drying soft plastics like films and woven bags. It can be utilized independently or as part of plastic film washing lines. Compared to traditional methods like centrifugal and pipeline dryers, the new ASD plastic squeezer offers advantages such as a smaller footprint, lower energy consumption, and reduced noise levels.
The new Plastic Film and Bag Recycling Squeezer TT-ASD dryer comprises a main motor, gearbox, barrel & screw, die head, pelletizing device, and main control cabinet.
With a specially designed planetary gearbox and an independently developed thrust bearing seat, the screw gains robust thrust and reduces energy consumption. The thrust bearing seat, developed independently, manages axial thrust during equipment operation, safeguarding the equipment and prolonging its lifespan.
Material is fed into the barrel & screw via the hopper. The motor drives the screw forward, guiding the material through the high-strength die and onto the pelletizing device, resulting in semi-plasticized granules. These granules can undergo secondary granulation or be directly sold.
The new Plastic Film and Bag Recycling Squeezer TT-ASD effectively controls material moisture to within 5-7% and offers a capacity range of 300-800 kg/h.
