Autoclave performance matters when you need dependable steam sterilization plus post-cycle drying for larger routine loads. ToronClave™ V is a performance-type vertical Autoclave Machine series designed for sterilizing instruments, dressings, glassware, and culture media with saturated steam under pressure, while adding vacuum drying to help reduce secondary contamination after sterilization. TheToronClave™ V model is a laboratory vertical steam pressure sterilizer with a 60 L chamber, 220 V power supply, 135°C maximum working temperature, Ø360 × 230 mm basket, and 126 kg net weight.
This series is intended for laboratories, clinics, and institutional environments that need programmable control, larger chamber capacity, and integrated drying capability. The ToronClave™ V series has three models under that, ToronClave™ V 60, ToronClave™ V 85, and ToronClave™ V 110, with chamber capacities of 60 L, 85 L, and 110 L.
ToronClave™ V is a floor-standing vertical steam sterilizer series developed for moist-heat sterilization of common medical and laboratory loads. It uses saturated steam under pressure to sterilize reusable items quickly, while the ToronClave™ V configuration adds a vacuum drying function to improve post-cycle handling and reduce residual moisture.
The ToronClave™ V series is an upgrade from the ToronClave™ VHT platform with similar core features and added functions. It uses a PMMA II microcomputer intelligent operating system, preset and custom programs, and multiple safety protections for routine sterilization work in higher-throughput environments.
