The ToronComfort™ 1000 Series birthing bed supports labor, delivery, and gynecological examination on a single platform, helping maternity and obstetrics departments manage each stage without transferring the patient. The series includes three models, ToronComfort™ 1000-C, ToronComfort™ 1000-B, and ToronComfort™ 1000-A, so facilities can match the bed to their clinical workflow and budget. Each unit pairs a sectioned, articulating top with stainless steel construction for straightforward cleaning and disinfection between patients.

ToronComfort™ 1000-C and ToronComfort™ 1000-B are manual, fixed-height delivery beds that share the same frame layout in two widths, while ToronComfort™ 1000-A adds a hydraulic lifting column with Trendelenburg and reverse-Trendelenburg positioning. This range lets a hospital standardize on one product family across general labor rooms and higher-acuity delivery suites. The ToronCare™ identity carries the same accessory set across all three, including arm supports, knee crutches, and labor grips.

A foaming mattress and contoured leg supports position the patient for lithotomy and recovery, and a removable leg plate opens access for the attending clinician. Whether a department needs a basic manual bed or a height-adjustable hydraulic model, the ToronComfort™ 1000 Series Series birthing bed provides a consistent, durable design across the obstetric and gynecology workflow.

Gynecological Examination Table and Obstetric Gynaecology Beds

The ToronCare™ BB 1000 Series works as a gynecological examination table as well as a delivery bed, so one frame covers pelvic examination, minor procedures, and childbirth. Within Torontech's range of obstetric gynaecology beds, the series seats the patient in lithotomy using adjustable leg and knee supports, then opens the perineal field once the removable leg plate comes off. This dual role lets a clinic equip an examination room and a delivery room from the same product family.

BB 1042 and BB 1043 suit dedicated examination rooms, where a manual, fixed-height gynecological examination table handles routine checks and outpatient gynecology. BB 1045 adds hydraulic height adjustment and Trendelenburg tilt for procedures that need a precise working level and clinical positioning. Standardizing on one line of obstetric gynaecology beds keeps maintenance, training, and accessories consistent across the department.

Applications

The ToronComfort™ 1000 Series serves obstetric, gynecological, and general maternity care across hospitals and clinics of varying size.
