Smart Horizontal Autoclave - ToronClave™ HS Series
Autoclave capacity matters when you need dependable steam sterilization for larger daily loads in laboratories, hospitals, and institutional facilities. The ToronClave™ HS Series is a Smart Horizontal Autoclave Machine line designed for saturated-steam sterilization, and the Smart Horizontal Autoclave positions as a large-capacity horizontal sterilizer family with 280 L, 360 L, and 500 L configurations.
This series combines a BRIGHT I intelligent operating system, a 7-inch touch screen, multi-level permission management, built-in sterilization and melting/insulation programs, and automatic water addition through an integrated steam generator and water pump. The ToronClave™ HS 280 for the 280 L model lists a 380 V / 50 Hz power supply, 135°C maximum working temperature, and a Ø600 × 1050 mm internal chamber for the ToronClave™ HS 280A model.
ToronClave™ HS Series is a floor-standing horizontal steam sterilizer built for moist-heat sterilization of medical and laboratory loads that require higher chamber volume than vertical units typically provide. It uses saturated steam under pressure to sterilize items quickly and is suited to facilities that need larger-capacity batch processing and more structured cycle management.
The ToronClave™ HS platform is offered in A and B model groups across 280 L, 360 L, and 500 L sizes. These models are configured with real-time parameter display, USB data export and backup, over one million stored data records, a sample temperature probe, and a cold-air emission program designed to help ensure more complete air removal before sterilization.
