ToronClave™ VI is a performance-type Intelligent Vertical Autoclave Machine series designed for sterilizing instruments, dressings, glassware, and culture media with saturated steam under pressure. The ToronClave™ VI 60 model presents this class as a laboratory vertical flip-top autoclave with a 60 L chamber, 220 V power supply, and a maximum sterilization temperature of 135°C.
This series is built for laboratories, clinics, and institutional users that need programmable control, wide process flexibility, and layered safety functions in a vertical format. The ToronClave™ VI series has two models which is ToronClave™ VI 60 and ToronClave™ VI 85, with chamber volumes of 60 L and 85 L.
ToronClave™ VI is a floor-standing vertical steam sterilizer series developed for moist-heat sterilization of common medical and laboratory loads. It uses saturated steam under pressure to sterilize reusable items quickly, while the ToronClave™ VI configuration adds broader control logic, parameter compensation, customizable cycle settings, and enhanced safety monitoring.
The BRIGHT I operating system can automatically compensate parameter values according to environmental changes. This models configured with a flip-top door opening structure, a stainless steel inner container and process, melting and heat-preservation programs, historical curve display, and multi-level password management for process control.
