High Throughput Vertical Autoclave - ToronClave™ VHT
Autoclave capacity and control matter when you need repeatable steam sterilization for larger daily workloads. ToronClave™ VHT is a performance-type High-Throughput Vertical Autoclave Machine series designed for sterilizing instruments, dressings, glassware, and culture media with saturated steam under pressure, and the ToronClave™ VHT has range that larger-capacity laboratory vertical sterilizers.
This series is built for laboratories, clinics, and institutional environments that need more chamber volume, programmable operation, and stronger control functions than basic vertical units. This series has three models in the series, ToronClave™ VHT 60, ToronClave™ VHT 85, and ToronClave™ VHT 110, with chamber capacities of 60 L, 85 L, and 110 L.
ToronClave™ VHT is a floor-standing vertical steam sterilizer series developed for moist-heat sterilization of common laboratory and medical loads. It uses saturated steam under pressure to sterilize reusable items quickly while giving users a larger chamber, touch-button operation, and programmable process control for routine sterilization work.
This model has a PMMA II microcomputer intelligent operating system, a touch-screen style control panel for viewing operating parameters and status, and preset plus custom programs for process management. It also shows pressure display, one-key electric drainage, independent overvoltage protection, and a built-in rapid cooling arrangement that combines a condenser, air cooling, and secondary water cooling.
