Theory and Method
The Tester integrates three functional modules: a hydraulic test bench, a pneumatic test bench, and a hose performance Tester, all governed by a central control module. The hydraulic test bench applies water pressure up to 15 MPa, with boost rates adjustable from 5–10 MPa/min, enabling controlled static and dynamic pressure loading.
The pneumatic test bench supplements sealing and leakage testing using compressed air. The hose performance module monitors outer diameter change and axial elongation during pressurization, capturing dimensional data for compliance evaluation. All results are recorded and reported by the integrated control system, enabling automated test sequencing and data management.
