PET Flakes Polymer Sorter ToronGI™ Series utilizes advanced NIR technology and high-precision infrared cameras to efficiently sort PET flakes by color and material, ensuring superior recycling quality with high accuracy and throughput.
Main Applications
Our NIR-based ToronGI™ Series offers the flexibility of visible light technology, allowing simultaneous sorting by color and polymer type.
It can identify and separate non-PET materials from PET flakes, including PVC, PC, HDPE, PP, ABS, Fr, PS, PA, POM, PMMA, PLA, non-ferrous metals, aluminum flakes, wood, rubber, silicone, and other impurities.
The ToronGI™ polymer sorter is designed to purify high-quality PET flakes, ensuring superior recycling results.
It also supports PET powder processing, effectively removing low-temperature materials like PPSU, TRITAN, and PET-G, as well as opaque materials and impurities.
All-in-one Sorting Machine
By combining NIR technology, high-precision multi-spectral infrared cameras, a maintenance-free light source heat dissipation system, and long-life infrared light sources, plastic flakes can be purified by both color and material simultaneously.
