Digital Conductivity Meter TT-2624

Conductivity Tester for Aviation and Distillate Fuels TT-2624 is designed according to the ASTM D2624 Standard Test Methods for Electrical Conductivity of Aviation and Distillate Fuels.

These methods encompass the determination of electrical conductivity in aviation and distillate fuels, both with and without a static dissipator additive. Typically, these test methods provide a measurement of conductivity when the fuel is uncharged, or electrically at rest, commonly referred to as the rest conductivity.

The primary application of this tester is to determine the electrical conductivity (rest conductivity) of aviation and distillate fuels, in compliance with the ASTM D2624 standard.

It is specifically used for:

  • Aviation fuels (with or without static dissipator additives).
  • Distillate fuels (with or without static dissipator additives).
  • Other light oil products.
  • Environmental protection fuel additive detection.

  • Technology: This tester uses single-chip microcomputer photoelectric isolation technology for high stability and repeatability.
  • Key Features: It has a short polarization time, extended sampling time, and high accuracy.
  • Functionality: The device includes an integrated temperature measurement function.
  • Application: It's primarily used for measuring the conductivity of light oil products, but it can also be used for environmental protection fuel additives.
  • Included Components: The configuration comes with a temperature measuring probe, a conductivity pool, and a detector.
  • Measurement Range: The conductivity measurement range is from 1 to 2000 µS/m with a resolution of 1 µS/m.

1. Conductivity Test:

1) Range: 0 to 1999 µS/m
2) Resolution: 1 µS/m
3) Accuracy: < 2% ± 1 µS/m
4) Measurement error: Less than the requirement of ASTM D2624
5) Ambient temperature: 0°C to 40°C
6) Relative humidity: ≤85% RH
7) Power: 9V
8) Dimensions: 80 × 140 × 35 mm
9) Calibration value: Certificate value ± 2 µS/m

2. Temperature Test:

1) Temperature range: -50°C to 50°C
2) Resolution: 0.1°C
3) Accuracy: < 1°C
