TT-CTD-D60-SPM Deep Drawing Test Sample Preparation Machine is engineered for efficient and precise preparation of deep-drawn cup round samples.
Equipped with a pneumatic die feeder, it conforms to ISO 11531 : 2015, "Metallic Materials - Sheet and Strip - Earing Test, " enabling the production of 60mm diameter round discs from materials with thicknesses ranging from 0.15mm to 3mm.
Utilizing a single drive source, this machine delivers synchronized processing for high accuracy and productivity.
Structural Features
The machine consists of the base, drive components, guide systems, pneumatic and electric control systems, and both upper and lower mold components. A pneumatic hydraulic booster cylinder powers the machine, with the lower mold positioned atop the base. Support parts extend from both sides, featuring guide grooves beneath. The upper mold component, which slides along guide columns, includes a foot switch to control the air path for the reversing valve. During operation, users can insert a 100mm-wide strip sample through the die and activate the blanking process with a simple foot switch.
