Rubber, Plastics and Elastic Materials Density Tester TTD-SLPY is an advanced instrument designed for precise measurement of density and porosity in rubber, plastics, and elastic materials. It is available with maximum weight capacities of 2000g, 3000g, and 6000g, offering a weighing precision of 0.01g (0.1g for the 6000g model) and a density precision of 0.001g/cm³.

Principle
According to ASTM C20, C128, C127, C134, C135, C437, C357, GB/T2997, 2998, 2999, 6155, 23561, 24203, 24528, AASHTOT 84 standard and by adopting the buoyancy method of Archimedean principle. and by applying the Vacuum saturation method, the Boiling saturation method can show the measuring result directly.
Mode
1. BULK : Adopting the water saturation method for a porous material.
2. BK+ : Adopting water saturation method for porous absorbent material. With five groups of memory functions.
3. Powder : For powder products, use a pycnometer (optional) to directly read the true density of the powder.
4. DS : Nonabsorbent material.
- The infrared temperature sensor automatically detects water temperature and performs compensation accordingly.

- Provides direct readings of body bulk density, wet density, porosity, absorption, apparent density, open pores, closed porosity, and total porosity.
- Includes five groups of memory functions, allowing simultaneous measurement of five sample groups in absorbent product density measurement mode.
- Directly displays values for the development research of new materials. With HI and LO limit functions and a buzzer, the device determines whether the specific gravity of the test object is qualified in non-absorbent product density measurement mode. It also features a function for two groups mixing ratio.
- Offers the option to purchase a pycnometer for direct measurement of powder true density.
- Equipped with RS-232 & USB interface.
- Utilizes a large-size water tank design to minimize errors caused by the buoyancy of the suspension rail.
