Principle

According to ASTM C20, C128, C127, C134, C135, C437, C357, GB/T2997, 2998, 2999, 6155, 23561, 24203, 24528, AASHTOT 84 standard and by adopting the buoyancy method of Archimedean principle. and by applying the Vacuum saturation method, the Boiling saturation method can show the measuring result directly.

Mode

1. BULK: Utilizes the water saturation method for porous materials.

2. BK+: Utilizes the water saturation method for porous absorbent materials, equipped with five groups of memory functions.

3. Powder: For powder products, offers the option to use a pycnometer (optional) for direct measurement of the powder's true density.

4. DS: Designed for nonabsorbent materials.

  • The infrared temperature sensor automatically detects water temperature and compensates accordingly.
  • Rubber, Plastics and Elastic Materials Density Tester TTD-214PY equipped with automatic, manual, and solution temperature compensation functions.
  • Provides direct readings of body bulk density, wet density, porosity, absorption, apparent density, open pores, close porosity, and total porosity.
  • Includes five groups of memory functions capable of measuring five sample groups simultaneously in absorbent product density measurement mode.
  • Displays values for the development research of new materials, with HI and LO limit functions and a buzzer to determine the qualification of the test object's specific gravity in non-absorbent product density measurement mode. Also features a function for two groups mixing ratio.
  • Optional pycnometer available for direct measurement of powder true density.
  • Equipped with RS-232 & USB Interface.
  • Large-size water tank design reduces errors caused by buoyancy of the suspension rail.
