The inner diameter measuring device continuously tracks inside diameter deformation, ensuring accurate data collection. PC-based control software allows for straightforward operation and clear visualization of results. The system applies the specified test load automatically, supported by a double-column, high-rigidity structure that enhances stability. An advanced closed-loop AC servo control system provides precise and stable control. Multiple load sensors, arranged in a bridge configuration, improve resistance to deflection in large pipes and reduce the likelihood of load sensor damage.
