Split Type Chiller – ToronChill™ Split Series (Industrial Chiller)
ToronChill™ Split Series is a split-type industrial chiller designed to remove heat from critical instruments while keeping most noise and heat outdoors. The system uses an indoor hydronic unit (pump + reservoir) and an outdoor unit (compressor + fan + condenser) to improve comfort inside the lab or plant.
Built for demanding environments, the ToronChill™ Split Series supports stable cooling for high-heat-load equipment and can also be configured as a centralized chiller solution for multiple instruments. It is a practical option when floor space, indoor noise, and indoor heat discharge must be minimized.

- XRD / XRF cooling loops: Helps maintain stable operating conditions for X-ray diffractometers and X-ray fluorescence systems.
- Electron microscopy & plasma systems: Suitable for large field-emission electron microscopes, plasma etchers, and related tools with continuous heat loads.
- Vacuum & coating equipment: Supports vacuum plating, ion plating, and vacuum furnace cooling where reliable circulation is required.
- Industrial furnaces & multi-tool lines: Can serve as a central chiller to supply multiple instruments simultaneously.
