Furnace Shell
- The shell is constructed from Q235 low-carbon steel with an electrostatically applied, corrosion-resistant finish.
- A robust double-layer metal frame is integrated with a heat-insulating fan structure, keeping the furnace surface temperature low.
- Designed for horizontal use, it offers user-friendly operation.
Refractory Material
- The furnace features a multi-layer insulation system made of lightweight alumina ceramic fiber and high-performance insulation board. It contains no asbestos, resulting in minimal heat loss and low energy consumption.
Heating System
- Premium MoSi₂ heating elements are securely mounted on both sides of the furnace chamber, delivering energy-efficient, radiant heat.
- Dual-sided heating (left and right) ensures excellent temperature uniformity.

Temperature Control Panel
- Features PID and SSR control for precise temperature regulation.
