Principle

Rubber, Plastics and Elastic Materials Density Tester TTD-153PY meets ASTM C20, C128, C127, C134, C135, C437, C357, GB/T 2997, 2998, 2999, 6155, 23561, 24203, 24528, and AASHTO T 84 standards. It uses the buoyancy method based on Archimedes' principle, along with the vacuum saturation and boiling saturation methods, to display measurement results directly.

Mode

1. BULK: Utilizes the water saturation method for porous materials.

2. BK+: Utilizes the water saturation method for porous absorbent materials, featuring five memory function groups.

3. Powder: For powder products, offers the option to use a pycnometer to directly measure the true density of the powder.

4.DS: Designed for nonabsorbent materials

  • The infrared temperature sensor automatically detects water temperature for water temperature compensation.
  • Rubber, Plastics and Elastic Materials Density Tester TTD-153PY equipped with automatic temperature compensation, manual temperature compensation, and solution compensation functions.
  • Rubber, Plastics and Elastic Materials Density Tester TTD-153PY provides direct readings of body bulk density, wet density, porosity, absorption, apparent density, open pores, close porosity, and total porosity.
  • Rubber, Plastics and Elastic Materials Density Tester TTD-153PY features built-in five groups of memory functions enabling simultaneous measurement of five sample groups in absorbent product density measurement mode.
  • Displays values for the development research of new materials, with HI and LO limit functions and a buzzer to determine the qualification of the test object's specific gravity in non-absorbent product density measurement mode. Includes a function for two groups mixing ratio.
  • Option to purchase a pycnometer to directly measure the true density of powder.
  • Rubber, Plastics and Elastic Materials Density Tester TTD-153PY equipped with RS-232 & USB Interface.
  • Incorporates a large-size water tank design to minimize errors caused by buoyancy of the suspension rail.
  • The water tank size is 148 × 100 × 85mm.
