Principle
According to ASTM B962, B311, B328, MPIF STM 42, STM 57, GB/T5163, ISO 2738:1999 standard, applying the Archimedes principle buoyancy method. Using the boiling water method, immersion method, vacuum saturated waterproof treatment. It can directly show bulk density and porosity data.
- The infrared temperature sensor automatically detects water temperature and compensates accordingly.
- Powder Metallurgy Density Tester TTD-300PM/600PM features automatic, manual, and solution temperature compensation functions.
- In absorbent product density measurement mode, it provides direct readings of body density, apparent porosity, wet density, and volume.
- Five memory groups enable simultaneous measurement of five samples in absorbent product density measurement mode.
- It directly displays values for new material research, with high and low limit functions and a buzzer to determine qualification in non-absorbent product density measurement mode. It also offers two-group mixing ratio functionality.
- The built-in oil content measurement mode allows direct reading of product oil content.
