Performance Temperature Humidity Incubator — ToronCubator™ TH-I Series
ToronCubator™ TH-I is a high-performance Performance Temperature Humidity Incubator built for laboratories that require precise climate control, advanced programmability, and robust data security. This laboratory incubator combines a 4.3-inch color LCD touchscreen, the BRIGHT I intelligent control system, and a variable-frequency refrigeration unit to deliver stable, reproducible environmental conditions across a wide range of research and quality control applications.
The ToronCubator™ TH-I series spans six chamber capacities — 150 L, 250 L, 400 L, 800 L, 1000 L, and 1600 L — offering scalable solutions for benchtop research, pilot-scale testing, and large-volume storage protocols. As both a biochemical incubator and a mould incubator, the ToronCubator™ TH-I supports multi-phase programmed cycles with up to 30 segments and 99 repeatable loops. Data is stored internally for over five years without reliance on external SD cards, and multi-level password management adds an additional layer of access control for regulated environments.

Theory and Method
The ToronCubator™ TH-I uses a closed-loop dual-parameter control architecture that manages temperature and relative humidity simultaneously and independently. The BRIGHT I intelligent control system continuously reads inputs from imported precision temperature and humidity sensors, then adjusts output from the heating, refrigeration, and humidification subsystems in real time to maintain target setpoints.
Temperature regulation is handled through a variable-frequency refrigeration system paired with electric resistance heating elements. Variable-frequency operation allows the compressor to modulate its output rather than cycling on and off at a fixed rate, resulting in tighter temperature control, reduced energy consumption, and extended compressor service life. A high-performance imported fan circulates conditioned air throughout the chamber to achieve spatial temperature uniformity within ±1°C at 25°C across the 150 L to 400 L models, and within ±1.5°C for the 800 L to 1600 L configurations.
Humidity management works through a sensor-driven humidification loop. The system monitors chamber RH and introduces moisture through an electric heating humidification mechanism, drawing from an automatically replenished internal water supply. The humidity range extends from 25% to 95% RH on smaller models and 30% to 95% RH on larger configurations, with fluctuation held within ±3% RH and ±5% RH respectively.
Programmed test profiles are structured as multi-segment sequences, with up to 30 configurable segments per cycle and up to 99 cycle repetitions. All program data and session states are stored in non-volatile internal memory, retaining records for more than five years without SD card dependency. Multi-level password access limits unauthorized parameter changes and protects data integrity in shared or regulated laboratory settings.
