Furnace Shell

  1. Constructed from Q235 low-carbon steel with an electrostatic-resistant, corrosion-resistant surface.
  2. Reinforced metal frame design helps maintain a low exterior temperature.
  3. Side-opening furnace door swings to the right for easy access and operation.

Refractory Material
Multi-layer insulation features lightweight alumina ceramic fiber and a high-grade insulation board backing. The design is asbestos-free, minimizes heat loss, and supports energy efficiency.

Heating System

  1. High-quality HRE spiral resistance wire heating elements are securely embedded on the inner surface, providing efficient, energy-saving radiant heating with long service life.
  2. Three-sided heating (left, right, and bottom) ensures uniform temperature distribution inside the chamber.
  3. A silicon carbide bottom plate shields the lower heating elements, offering excellent mechanical strength, effective thermal conductivity, and horizontal load support.

Temperature Control Panel

  1. PID with SSR control ensures precise temperature regulation.
  2. Features an international-standard N-type nickel-chromium-silicon thermocouple with a measurement range of 0–1300°C and extended durability.
