Motorized Tensile Specimen Gauge Marking Machine ToronMark™-E30

Motorized Tensile Specimen Gauge Marking Machine ToronMark™-E30 is a specialized device designed for metal material tensile testing at room temperature. It features a high-precision ball screw for accurate positioning and an transducer that captures rotational signals to drive a high-frequency electromagnet for synchronized striking.

This machine ensures precise gauge length measurement with an accuracy of 0.05mm, offering efficiency and ease of operation. It is an essential instrument for laboratory testing.

Working Principle

This equipment is powered by a micro-motor, which drives a high-precision ball screw through a belt system, enabling synchronized horizontal punch movement. With each full or half rotation of the screw, the impact needle advances 10mm or 5mm, respectively. Sensors collect signals to activate the high-frequency electromagnet, ensuring precise striking. The motor operates continuously, allowing 60 strikes at 5mm or 30 strikes at 10mm. This mechanism maintains gauge length accuracy, even if the screw's rotation speed is inconsistent.
