The Shredder - Carbon Steel Plastic Shredder is a robust single-shaft shredder with a powerful two-speed swing-type hydraulic pusher. This design effectively prevents material blockages and reduces wear on internal guide rails.  

Shredder - Carbon Steel Plastic Shredder Crafted using a special welding process, this model comes up with a stronger mechanical structure. Its single-machine crushing capacity surpasses other brands by 30-40%, making it ideal for recycling diverse waste materials. Featuring a 750mm diameter effective V-type rotor ranging from 1500mm to 3000mm in width, its low speed of 45rpm ensures smooth operation with high torque.

The hydraulic workstation is seamlessly integrated with the shredder chamber, saving space, protecting the hydraulic station, and facilitating easy replacement and maintenance. The Carbon Steel Plastic Shredder incorporates an intelligent PLC control system.

The rotor can be hardened and made wear-resistant as per customer specifications. Tailored water cooling systems are available to suit different shredded materials. These Carbon Steel Plastic Shredder demands and find application in wide or thick waste cardboard, refrigerator shells, large household appliance shells, daily life waste products, rubber goods, and automobile tires.

Metal Detector

An optional permanent magnetic belt or metal detector prevents metallic objects from entering the shredder, protecting blades and extending machine life.

Hopper

Hydraulic Ram

Rotor

The seamless steel rotor (750 mm diameter, 52 rpm) integrates concave-ground, aggressive, four-way rotating knives. This design minimizes cutting gaps, ensuring high throughput, low energy use, and optimized output quality.

Knife Blades

Manufactured from DC53 steel, the blades achieve 62–64 HRC after heat treatment—outperforming D2/SKD11 with double the toughness, superior wear resistance, and enhanced fatigue strength.

Screen

SCREEN

Located beneath the rotor, the screen controls flake size. Its accessible flap allows quick replacement, while hydraulic operation simplifies opening and closing.

Shredder Chamber
