Automated Solvent Recovery System
Automated Solvent Recovery System – ToronASR™
Automated Solvent Recovery System becomes important when vacuum evaporation runs include mixed solvents and high sample volume. ToronASR™ is a condensation receiving module designed to capture and manage condensed solvent during vacuum evaporation, with precise pressure control for stable operation. It supports multiple built-in pressure decrease modes, so your lab can match control style to the method and solvent mix.
ToronASR™ also supports up to 20-step gradient control, with an optional frequency-conversion pump for smoother pressure transitions. For mixed solvents with different boiling points, the automatic condensing waste discharge function helps remove low-boiling solvents first, reducing interference with later fractions. This improves workflow stability and helps keep evaporation moving without constant manual intervention.
Automated Solvent Recovery System – ToronASR™ Applications
- Vacuum evaporation solvent management Capture and route condensed solvent during vacuum concentration so the system stays stable, especially in long multi-sample runs.
- Mixed-solvent methods (low + high boiling points) Automatic discharge of low-boiling condensate helps avoid disruption when the method transitions to higher-boiling fractions.
- Environmental, food, and industrial sample prep workflows Supports solvent recovery needs in labs running frequent vacuum evaporation steps where repeatable pressure control and clean condensate handling matter.

Standards
- ISO/IEC 17025 (quality system alignment) Many analytical labs operate under ISO/IEC 17025 and need consistent, documented operating conditions. ToronASR supports this environment through controlled pressure programming, repeatable modes, and stable operation that helps standardize solvent recovery during evaporation.
