Equipped with a 450mm diameter effective V-type rotor ranging from 1000mm to 2000mm in width, the shredder integrates its hydraulic workstation tightly with the chamber, conserving space and safeguarding the hydraulic station.

This setup also facilitates easy replacement and maintenance. Recognized and praised by customers, the standard V-type rotor design, equipped cutters and holders, external bearings, and hydraulic screen brackets have garnered positive feedback.

The Adjustable Pipe Waste Plastic Shredder can be further customized based on customers' waste disposal needs. Options include cooling systems, rotor surface hardening treatments, and other anti-wear devices. This design caters to various waste plastic recycling demands, encompassing general waste, electronic waste, and domestic waste processing.

It handles diverse recyclable materials such as plastic blocks, trays, pipes, films, woven bags, electronic cable waste, ICB buckets, large household appliance housings, waste paper, wood waste, and different organic materials. The mesh screen size can be adjusted based on the material being crushed and the subsequent processing requirements.
