The Shredder - Plastic Waste Single Shaft Shredder is specifically crafted for small-volume and thin-walled waste plastic products.

These Shredder - Plastic Waste Single Shaft Shredder feature a tangential in-feed, eliminating the need for a hydraulic feeding system. They're equipped with outboard bearings and E-type smooth rotors, with rotor widths of 600mm and 800mm, driven by a reducer.

Rotor knives are affixed to the rotor by a movable knife holder, adopting square knives with a central groove. Each of the rotor knife's four corners can be alternately used, allowing each knife to be used continuously four times. Operating at an ultra-low speed of 60rpm, combined with the compact design, these shredders operate quietly even when handling blocks.

The plug-and-play intelligent control system ensures equipment readiness at all times and locations. Compared to larger shredders, the LS series comes up with a smaller footprint, flexible mobility, and quicker, more convenient maintenance.
