The 1072 adds in-bed weighing and bed-exit monitoring, the 1071 covers core critical-care positioning, the 1076 extends working load to 300 kg, and the 1070 standardizes operation around a 10.2-inch touchscreen with stored position and weight data. This allows facilities to match bed functionality to patient acuity, staff workflow, and ward requirements.
