Dust Test Chamber

Dust Test Chamber replicates the effects of natural elements like sand, wind, and dust on products and materials, often resulting in significant economic losses. Common issues include corrosion, fading, deformation, reduced strength, swelling, and mold. For electrical products, sand and dust can lead to short circuits, increasing the risk of fire. Conducting a dustproof test on enclosures is a critical step in ensuring the reliability and safety of specific products or materials.

This testing method is ideal for evaluating outdoor lighting, household appliances, automotive components, and other electronic and electrical devices.

Electrical System

The circuit cabinet is designed with a clean and professional layout. All circuits are organized according to UK standards and come with comprehensive circuit diagrams. Each line is assigned a unique, clearly marked code, making it straightforward to identify and troubleshoot when needed.

Structural Features

The inner chamber is constructed from SUS#304 stainless steel with a thickness of 1.2mm. Featuring a fully welded structure, it offers excellent sealing and durability, minimizing the risk of cracks.

The exterior is made from 1.5mm thick cold-rolled steel, treated with brushing, polishing, and painting processes to enhance its resistance to scratches.

For insulation, 100mm thick polyurethane foam is used, ensuring effective thermal performance.

The door features a double silicone rubber sealing material for a secure and airtight closure.

The observation window consists of four layers of tempered glass, with customizable sizing options. To prevent frosting during low-temperature operations, built-in heating wires are included to ensure a clear, frost-free view.
