The cutting system automates pelletizer speed based on die head pressure, ensuring uniform pellet size. A pneumatic blade clamping device enhances blade precision and longevity.

  • Water-Ring Cutting System – Ideal for high-quality pellet production requiring consistent pellet size. Commonly used in polyolefin (PE, PP) and engineering plastic recycling lines.
  • Water-Strands Pelletizing – Suitable for medium-capacity recycling operations (≤600 kg/h). Widely applied in PP, PE, ABS, and PET pelletizing where manual intervention is acceptable.
  • Under-Water Cutting System – Designed for large-scale recycling and compounding (up to 12,000 kg/h). Handles polymers and thermoplastics requiring uniform spherical granules, such as PET, PA, PC, and specialty resins.
  • Automatic Strands Cutting – Perfect for high-output production lines processing high-MFI materials. Ensures automated operation, making it suitable for PP, PE, and masterbatch granulation.
  • Hot-Face Cutting – Recommended for pelletizing sticky, high-viscosity, or elastomeric materials. Commonly used in TPE, TPU, EVA, and adhesive resin applications.

Water-Ring Cutting System

WATER-RING CUTTING SYSTEM

The pelletizer automatically adjusts speed based on die-head pressure to keep pellet size consistent. A pneumatic knife clamping device maintains full, uniform contact between the blade and die surface, improving concentricity and extending knife service life—delivering clean, uniform pellets with less downtime.

Water-Strand Pelletizing

WATER-STRAND PELLETIZING

Strands are guided manually into a water trough for cooling, air-knifed to remove surface moisture, then pulled by a take-off and hob-cut into pellets. This proven, operator-assisted method suits medium outputs (up to ~600 kg/h) where simplicity and low changeover cost matter most.

Underwater Cutting System

UNDERWATER CUTTING SYSTEM

Engineered for a wide range of polymers, the underwater system produces highly uniform, spherical pellets at throughputs up to 12,000 kg/h. Manual or fully automatic operation is available. An integrated water-treatment loop and high-performance centrifugal dryer ensure complete pellet-water separation, stable temperature control, and excellent dryness. Multiple installation options (floor, track, or pillar) and turnkey integration—layout, feeders, melt pumps, screen changers, pelletizing, water treatment, classification, and packaging—are available to fit your plant.

Automatic Strand Cutting

AUTOMATIC STRAND CUTTING

For high-throughput lines, the automated strand slitting and handling system eliminates constant manual rethreading and maintains continuity even after strand breaks. Downstream water-cut granulation protects cutting edges and extends tool life. The section automates stripping, pelletizing, screening, dewatering, and packing—consistently achieving finished-pellet moisture around 1% to drive line efficiency.

Hot-Face Cutting

HOT-FACE CUTTING

A multi-orifice die at the extruder head and spring-loaded cutter assembly maintain steady, close contact at the die face for clean, immediate pellet formation. The enclosed hood connects to a high-pressure air supply for controlled airflow and safe operation, helping stabilize product quality and extend component life under continuous production.
