The Carbon Steel Pulverizer Machine for Plastic Reuse TT-PM800 is ideal for crushing semi-rigid, brittle, and impact-resistant materials that need to be turned into powdered products. 

Particles measuring 6-8 mm pass through a vibrating screen and enter a rapidly rotating high-speed sawtooth disc, resulting in a powder within the desired 300-1000 micron range. The final size can be adjusted by changing the spacing between discs. It's commonly used for shredding LDPE, HDPE, UPVC, PC, and various other types of plastics.

Applications

Design

The TT-PM800 Carbon Steel Pulverizer Machine is a high-output unit that can be equipped with automatic temperature control. Material is centrally fed between stationary and rotating discs. Centrifugal forces guide it through the processing area before pneumatic discharge from the machine.

Temperature Control

Automated cooling system includes a water-spraying nozzle, regulating mechanisms, solenoid valves, thermostats, an automatic control unit, and a feeding switch to maintain stable operating temperature.

Drive and Mounting Frame

The pulverizer and suction box are mounted on a flat steel structure with pre-installed anti-vibration pads. The drive motor uses a V-belt drive with a protective belt guard for safe and efficient power transfer.

Safety Devices

Integrated safety interlocks prevent access until the rotor is fully stopped, ensuring operator protection.
