Automatic Petroleum Wax Melting Point Apparatus (Cooling Curve Method) TT-87Z determines the melting point of petroleum wax using the cooling curve method. It is not suitable for waxes in the petrolatum group, microcrystalline waxes, or blends of these waxes with paraffin or scale wax.
The Torontech TT-87Z is used to automatically determine the melting point of petroleum wax via the cooling curve method, in strict accordance with ASTM D87.
