Single Column Universal Testing Machine Tensi-10, with a capacity of up to 10kN and available in four different heights, is a high-performance yet cost-effective UTM. It offers closed-loop testing of force, displacement, or deformation in tension, compression, flexure, shear, tear, and peel strength. The Tensi-10 comes standard with a German DOLI Controller and can be equipped with a variety of accessories, including grips, fixtures, compression frames, thermal cabinets, and extensometers.

These accessories cover all relevant applications, such as testing rubber, plastics, foils, films, textiles, adhesives, paper, foods, foams, wires, and other metallic or non-metallic specimens, as well as medical, electronic, and other components. The load frames are rigidly constructed, providing superior axial and lateral stiffness.

Large Test Space:

The double-acting crossbeam quickly accommodates specimens of varying lengths. With additional column length, the maximum testing space is adjustable to accommodate extra-long specimens. The machine uses a high-accuracy load cell with strong anti-side force and high measurement accuracy, ensuring long-term stability.

High Stiffness Frame:

Preloaded ball screws, precision guidance columns, and a symmetrical drive system enhance frame stiffness and alignment.

Over-Travel Limits:

Dual over-travel limits, located on the front console, help prevent crosshead overshooting and sensor damage.
