CONCRETE & CEMENT TESTING EQUIPMENT - Cement Compression & Flexural Testing Machines

Cement Compression & Flexural Testing Machines

Cement Compression & Flexural Testing Machines series of Electromechanical Compression Testing Machine is mainly used to determine of the compressive, flexural and crushing strength of cement/concrete/stone/proppants and other materials with requirements on load capacity within 300kN.

It employs very dependable as well as extremely low noise close-loop servo control systems without using any hydraulic parts; it also offers optional two test stations as well as optional load cells with ranges from 1kN to 20kN to meet customer’s unique test application, a big range of test fixtures/jigs are also available to meet different test methods on different materials

  • ASTM C78: Standard Test Method for Flexural Strength of Concrete (Using Simple Beam with Third-Point Loading)
  • ASTM C170 / C170M: Standard Test Method for Compressive Strength of Dimension Stone
  • ASTM C109 / C109M: Standard Test Method for Compressive Strength of Hydraulic Cement Mortars
  • ASTM C293: Standard Test Method for Flexural Strength of Concrete (Using Simple Beam with Center-Point Loading)
  • ASTM C348: Standard Test Method for Flexural Strength of Hydraulic-Cement Mortars
