XRF Spectra 1300 Standard Analyzer
XRF Spectra 1300 Standard Analyzer is a desktop energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence (EDXRF) analyzer. Coming equipped with an advanced, onboard cooling system the Spectra 1300 eliminates the need to store and use liquid nitrogen for cooling purposes, a method used on older designs. The unit is able to perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of the elemental composition of metal alloys, liquids, foods and biological samples, powder assays, as well as samples deposited on surfaces or filters. With a powerful detector with a detection range from Cl (Z=17) to U (Z=92), this standard analyzer is capable of analyzing in a wide range of element concentrations. In the analysis of metal alloy compositions, accuracy of results is vital. The Spectra 1300 provides highly accurate results in the determination of metal alloy compositions, yielding results accurate within 0.3% and has a detecting limit that is better than 1 ppm for most elements in a light matrix.
