AES Carbon & Sulfur Infrared Analyzer 1000
The Infrared Carbon & Sulfur Spectrometer is a high frequency automatic inductive combustion furnace which can measure the carbon and sulphur carbon and sulphur in cement, steel alloys, non-ferrous metals, other materials and alloys. This high-tech product integrates many of the sought out features for the various industries. It is applicable to many different industries.
The unit is designed with the user in mind and therefore very easy to operate. The carbon and sulfur analysis is capable of both the ultra low and higher content analysis. The high-speed sampling and the dynamic data analysis procedure improves the analysis sensitivity and accuracy rating. Using the 7.5kVA high-frequency ceramic power tube the samples are burned adequately and its stability is good.

Infrared Carbon & Sulfur Analyzer
- The circuit adopts double CPU system which consists of both upper and lower computer of modular design. The lower computer uses a single control chip which results in the high degree of the electronic circuit integration, stability and reliability
- Infrared detection and high-frequency furnace components are connected optically and operate on a multilevel isolated circuit resulting in the prevention of interference
- The infrared light source is tailor-made from platinum in which results in high efficiency of the spectral characteristics and caloricity

Analysis Software
- Analysis channel provides channel management function of carbon and sulfur which can be added, deleted and edited
- Analysis of the dynamic data, sampling 24 times/s, improve the sensitivity & accuracy rating of analysis and manage the sample is done by the use of the software
- The results of the Carbon &Sulfur are shows in real-time data and Carbon & Sulfur release curve are analyzed dynamically
- The data processing function results are stored by using the ACCESS database. All the analysis results and curves of Carbon &Sulfur can be stored every time and the results can be queried when required
- The self diagnosis function is able to detect the sealing of the furnace head and gas chamber by software.
